A selection of recent projects completed by Brliance Build, along with experience gained working on a range of residential builds as part of a larger construction team. This portfolio showcases our approach to quality workmanship, attention to detail and practical construction solutions tailored to meet the client's needs.
Tallis - Full Home Renovation
This project involved a full internal renovation, including structural wall removals, a revamped kitchen, opened up bathroom, and a complete reconfiguration of the home’s layout.
The scope of works included a demolition and strip out, structural wall removal, kitchen and bathroom renovation, new flooring and internal finishes, with newly inbuilt robes in all bedrooms.
The home was transformed into a more open, functional space with modern finishes and improved layout.
Carmen - Rear Extension & Renovation
This project involved a rear extension to an existing single-storey home, incorporating a new double-storey addition to create additional living space. We provided day-to-day site management services whilst apart of a larger construction team.
The scope of works for this project included excavation and slab pour for the new extension, installation of structural steel to support new openings and upper level, timber framing for double-storey addition and integration of new structure with existing dwelling.
The extension significantly increased the home’s living space, creating a more functional layout while seamlessly connecting the new double-storey addition to the existing home.
Mckean - Townhouse Reno & Extension
This project involved extending both the upper and lower levels of an existing townhouse, along with a full internal renovation to modernise and increase overall floor space. We provided day-to-day site management services whilst apart of a larger construction team.
The scope of works for this project included an extension of ground and first floor areas, concrete works to support new structure, installation of structural steel, timber framing and structural modifications and a full internal renovation including kitchen, bathrooms and finishes.
The completed project transformed the townhouse into a larger, modern home with improved layout, increased living space and high-quality finishes throughout.
Heritage - Shed Build
This project involved the construction of a new shed structure, including slab and footing works, framing using insulated wall panels, and completion of external finishes.
The scope of works for this project included a concrete slab and footing construction, installation of WIP insulated wall panels for structural framework, window installation and installation of James Hardie weatherboards and axon sheets.
The completed structure provides a durable and functional space with a clean, modern finish, combining solid construction with efficient building methods.
Keilor East - Studio Fit-out
This project involved the internal fit-out of a shipping container to create a functional studio space, including custom framing, insulation and detailed internal finishes.
The scope of works for this project included internal framing within a shipping container structure, installation of soundproofing insulation, plastering and internal lining, construction of custom feature photography stands and general fit-out and finishing works.
The completed space was transformed into a practical and well-finished studio, designed to suit the client’s needs while maximising the use of a compact structure.
